Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts or chicken thighs
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- Favorite fresh herbs: Parsley, Cilantro, Rosemary. thyme, Oregano. You can also use dry herbs, or Italian seasoning.
Salt, black pepper and paprika to taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 375 Degrees F.
- Rinse the chicken breasts/thighs and pat them dry.
- Cut 4 pieces of foil enough to wrap each chicken breast.
- Put each chicken piece on each foil, drizzle with olive oil , season with salt pepper paprika on both sides.
- On each chicken piece place 1 garlic clove, and 2 springs of fresh herb if using. If using dry herbs, rub both sides.
- Wrap each chicken breast with foil and place it on a baking pan with the seal facing up.
- Bake 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 F. Foil can be stuffed with different vegetables such asparagus, peppers,celery etc.
